Flexible payment options, extensions and late fees waiver for wireless, phone, TV and internet
Ridgeland, Miss. (January 15, 2019) – As the longest federal government shutdown in U.S. history enters its 25th day with no end in sight, C Spire is offering unpaid federal workers flexible payment options on their wireless, home phone, TV and internet service.
The company is also offering extensions and waiving late fees for customers who may be unable to make their previous payment schedule due the impasse in Washington, D.C. “With bills due this month, we know many families are struggling to honor all of their obligations and we’re here to help them at this time,” said C Spire President Stephen Bye.
Bye said the company will adjust late fees, provide extensions and work with wireless and home services customers on revised payment schedules. “We appreciate the service and sacrifice that federal employees make every day for our country and want to make sure that they stay connected during this time,” he said.
Wireless and home services customers impacted by the shutdown can contact a customer service representative at cspire.com, in all company retail stores or via phone at 1.855.CSPIRE4 or 1.855.GET100X to make pay arrangements or request extensions and waiver of late fees.
